Major Site Reconstruction: The demolition of existing drive-thru lanes, curbs, and asphalt down to grade, coupled with the installation of new sidewalks, ADA features, and parking, required careful coordination to ensure both durability and compliance.

Brand Consistency & Quality: Rebuilding the interior, including the lobby, dining room, and restrooms, from the ground up had to meet Taco Bell’s brand guidelines for design, materials, and overall guest experience.

OUR APPROACH

Total Interior & Exterior Overhaul: Our TEAM stripped the building to its structural components, installing new EIFS on the entire shell for a fresh, modern look. Inside, new lobby finishes, dining areas, and restroom configurations were constructed with updated materials and fixtures, aligned with Taco Bell’s brand standards.

Site & ADA Improvements: The project included installing 400 feet of new sidewalks, curbs, and ADA-compliant ramps. A new parking lot was built from the subgrade up, improving drainage, durability, and traffic flow. These enhancements ensured that the restaurant met accessibility guidelines, enhanced safety, and improved overall aesthetics.

Efficient Scheduling & Phased Execution: With just four weeks total and three weeks of complete shutdown, our TEAM sequenced demolition, construction, and finishing activities to maximize productivity. This allowed the project to reach completion on time and ensured a smooth reopening.
